Candidate is responsible for overall operations of the preschool, including admissions, staff management, parent communication, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for children.Key Responsibilities:-Manage day-to-day preschool operations-Handle admissions, enquiries, and conversions-Supervise teachers and support staff-Ensure quality of teaching and child safety standards-Communicate regularly with parents and resolve concerns-Plan events, activities, and marketing initiatives for enrolment growth-Maintain attendance, fee records, and reports-Ensure infrastructure, hygiene, and compliance standards-Handle walk-ins, calls, website, and social media enquiries-Counsel parents/students about courses, curriculum, and facilities-Follow up with prospective parents/students for admission conversion-Maintain enquiry and admission records

- Provide expert guidance to prospective students on various study options, universities, programs, and countries based on their academic background, career goals, and interests.- Conduct personal consultations to understand the students aspirations, academic qualifications, and financial situation to recommend suitable study abroad options.- Help students choose universities and academic programs that match their preferences, budget, and qualifications.- Review and verify student documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission to institutions.- Provide guidance on visa application procedures, helping students gather the required documentation and meet embassy requirements.- Stay informed about the latest information on universities, courses, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities, keeping students updated.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and institutions abroad to stay informed about their offerings and admission processes.- Maintain an organized database of student inquiries, applications, and follow-ups in CRM or other management systems.- Track the progress of student applications and follow up with students and institutions to ensure timely completion of procedures.- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and promotional events to educate potential students about study opportunities abroad.- Provide ongoing support to students post-admission, helping them with travel arrangements, accommodation, and settling into their new environment.- Regularly attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay updated on international education trends, immigration policies, and counseling techniques.
