Roles and Responsibility1.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs 2 Understanding the Requisitions/vacant positions shared by hiring managers. 3 Creating Talent Pipeline by Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) 4 Calling/Cold calling candidates to find relevant prospects out of bulk databases or pools/ job portals, screening and shortlisting them for further rounds of interview. 5 Coordinating and updating applicants on interview process, providing feedbacks. 6 Taking care of documentation and joining procedures 7 Lead employer branding initiatives 8 Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates 9 Preparing Databases and MIS 10 Achieve targeted closures

Assist in recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Support onboarding and offboarding processes.Assist with HR documentation and policy updates.Contribute to the creation and management of HR reports and dashboards.Handle employee queries under guidance from senior HR members.
