as a client acquisition executive, your role will be to identify, connect, and onboard new corporate clients who need recruitment and outsourcing solutions.

🔍 key responsibilities:

generate leads and pitch recruitment services to companies across industries

understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions

schedule demos, share proposals, and close partnerships

coordinate with internal recruitment team to deliver on client requirements

maintain crm data, reports, and client communication records

✅ requirements:

minimum 1 year of experience in b2b sales / client acquisition / recruitment sales

strong communication and negotiation skills

experience in hr services or staffing industry is a big plus

self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
