The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating event concepts, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring flawless event execution.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable themes, decor concepts, and event solutions.Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement-gathering sessions.Prepare event proposals, quotations, budgets, and presentations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.Event ExecutionPlan, coordinate, and oversee event setups from start to finish.Ensure timely execution of dcor installations, balloon arrangements, and themed event setups.Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and internal teams for smooth event delivery.Handle on-site event management and troubleshoot operational challenges.Sales & Business DevelopmentConvert event inquiries into confirmed bookings.Upsell dcor packages, balloon arrangements, activities, return gifts, and customized products.Achieve monthly sales and event booking targets.Vendor & Inventory CoordinationCoordinate with suppliers and vendors for event materials and services.Ensure timely procurement and availability of event-related inventory.Monitor event budgets and maintain cost efficiency.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain records of leads, quotations, bookings, and event execution reports.Share regular updates on event pipelines, customer feedback, and business opportunities.Qualifications & SkillsEducationMinimum 12th Pass Experience1
