ResponsibilitiesManage Directors electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessaryManage Directors travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).Maintain records of Directors contacts.Processing and drafting Directors correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or onbehalf of the Director.Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriateEengage with teams to understand issues, challenges, update to project plans and then organise meetings to resolve themPreactively engage with a set of clients and try to set meetings etcEnsurethat urgent enquiries and emerging issues are brought to the Directors attentionAssist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Directors responsibilitychasingresponses, triggering follow up action.Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the Director.Organise meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, premeeting briefingsand meeting papersAssist in the preparation of agendas and capture salient points, decisions, action items and status in meetings such as Clientmeetings, Project MeetingsSupport the MD to manage information exchange and ensure effective communication occurs across key stakeholder groupsPerform tasks that will free up the MDs timeMeet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the MD
