ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :1. Develop and maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements andschedules.2. Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.3. Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness.4. Plan and manage software and hardware installations.5. Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency.6. Monitor MIS performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times.7. Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently.8. Coordinate with MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met.

Responsibilities: Conduct data reconciliation for accuracy and consistency. Perform cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial and operational data. Develop financial models and reports for cost-related metrics. Identify process improvements for efficient data reconciliation. Communicate findings and recommendations clearlyRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in data reconciliation and cost analysis. Strong knowledge of financial principles and data analysis techniques. Proficiency in MS Office (eg Excel) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
