As a Credit Officer, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and assisting them in achieving their financial goals.Key Responsibilities:Outreach and AssessmentMake outbound calls to potential customers to discuss our financial products and services.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' financial goals and recommend suitable financial products.Gather and record essential customer information required for credit evaluation and loan applications.Provide guidance and assistance to customers in completing loan applications accurately.Credit EvaluationAssess the creditworthiness of loan applicants by reviewing financial documents, credit reports, and other relevant information.Make informed decisions regarding loan approvals, taking into consideration risk tolerance and company policies.Strictly adhere to sanctions regulations and company policies to maintain regulatory compliance throughout the loan approval process.Customer RelationsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.Continuously monitor loan repayments, work with customers to ensure timely payments, and take appropriate actions for delinquent accounts.

To identify new banks worldwide and explore Trade Finance Opportunities with them & henceforth solutions for the clients. To ensure to provide accurate product based knowledge to clients. Expertise in LC drafting, proposal framing as per requirement of client and bank.Awareness of UCPDC & ISBP guidelines.

2-3 Years Experience in Manufacturing Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Google Sheets, Client relationship and coordination Should be sound in Communication as well as Hindi and English
