To meet monthly and quarterly admission targets - To be a first touch point in providing information about courses to all incoming enquiries generated through website and digital marketing - To counsel students and parents on the digital marketing courses offered by MCTA and createinterest for the courses thus converting maximum enquiries to admissions - The person will be responsible to sell digital marketing courses offered by MCTA and achievehismonthly & quarterly targets. - Handle walk-in enquiries and provide them with course details - Schedule maximum demo lectures and center visits and convert potential prospects intoadmissions - Ensure timely collections of fees as per fee schedule from Students - Generate references from existing students Skills Required - Relevant sales/counselling experience working in the Education Sector - Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

- Understanding the customers' needs and counseling regarding our courses and helping them with course selection. - Calling, validating & following up with the leads over the call and through the mail. - Replying to the queries of students.- Maintaining good relationships with the customers through regular phone contact & e-mails.- Training will be given

Responsible for academic & career counselling for prospective learners. Generate and handle enquirers (telephonic & email enquirers) to convert them to enrollments. Responsible for converting the curated lead to sales. Tele calling & follow-up on the database provided. Attaining enrollment targets Resolve queries relating to the course from the prospective candidates. Maintain, and foster a Healthy Database with existing and new online sources. Prior experience in the inside sales process is preferred Ability to understand and navigate the ed-tech industry Should have excellent written and verbal communication Should be a quick learner and someone who will follow the prescribed process Go-Getter Attitude Sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel Traits Required: Patience, Vision and Passion
