Job Description:Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, statutory requirements, and company policies always.Maintain safety records, documentation, and compliance reports as per ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 and client requirements.Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, Waste Management plan and job safety analysis (JSA) for site activities.Monitor and enforce safe work practices at site, ensuring compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.Develop and implement safety procedures, emergency response plans, and safe operating practices.Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and regular training for employees and contractors.preparing and conducting Mock Drills (Fire, First Aid, Evacuation, Chemical Spill, Heat Stress, Natural Calamity etc.).Carry out site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations; prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Liaise with project teams, contractors, and statutory bodies on HSE matters.Promote safety awareness and develop a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce.
