Salary: ₹50,000 per month (Fixed) + Lucrative Incentives

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager with a strong B2B background and excellent connections in the project space.

Key Responsibilities

Drive concept-based sales of green building solutions to project influencers:

Architects, Energy - HVAC Consultants, Green building consultants, Plant heads, Project Heads, Sustainability heads, purchase heads.

Existing network of industrial , warehouse sector, Green building sector, Architectural products will be an added value.

Build client trust through solution-oriented discussions, technical presentations, and custom demos

Generate and qualify leads from industry networks, trade shows, and site visits

Engage in project sales cycles from requirement generation to closure

Maintain and update CRM records, manage follow-ups and closure targets

Provide market feedback for product improvement and positioning strategies

Incentive Plan

Monthly Incentives: Based on product-wise and project-wise sales closure

Quarterly Bonus: For exceeding targets by >20%

Referral Incentive: For introducing new channel partners or project clients

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Minimum 8 qualified B2B meetings per week

3 new project leads generated per month

Closure of at least 1 paid pilot/demo every 45 days

Achievement of minimum monthly billing of ₹3,00,000 after 3 months of onboarding

CRM entry compliance and weekly reporting

Requirements

Experience in solution selling (solar panels, fabrication systems, project consulting)

Strong existing network with architects, contractors, and consultants

High energy and self-driven attitude for field sales

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Tech-savvy and willing to learn product applications

Educational Background

Bachelor's in Engineering / Architecture / Environmental Sciences / or related field preferred

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire a dynamic Field Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts across key industry sectors such as industrial facilities, warehouses, corporates, hotels, hospitals, data centers, educational institutions, and housing societies.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the adoption of energy-efficient building solutions & leverage your network to key stakeholders in the industrial, commercial, and green building sectors to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close sales

Engage with project influencers such as architects, energy consultants, HVAC professionals, green building consultants, sustainability officers, project managers, and procurement heads to promote our range of reflective coatings and thermal insulation products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in industries, warehouses, commercial buildings, and construction sectors, ensuring their needs for energy savings, sustainability, and cost-effective solutions are met.

Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and client meetings to build trust and convert leads into clients.

Generate, qualify, and manage leads through industry events, trade shows, and site visits to identify opportunities & convert prospects into loyal clients.

Guide projects through the sales cycle, from initial discussions to project closure, ensuring client satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date CRM records, track leads and sales progress, and not only meet but exceed the sales targets.

Provide market insights and customer feedback to help refine our product offerings and improve positioning in the market.

Incentive Plan:

Monthly Incentives: Based on product-wise and project-specific sales closures

Quarterly Bonus: Incentives for exceeding quarterly sales targets by 5-20 %

Annual Sales Milestone Achievement Bonus

Referral Incentive: For introducing new channel partners or major projects

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

“Achieve a conversion rate of at least 20% from leads to closed sales”.

“Generate at least 1 repeat business or upsell opportunity every 3 months”.

“Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with at least 6 months of forecasted sales at any given time”.

“Achieve proficiency in product knowledge and deliver 2 internal product training sessions or workshops per year.”

“Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher based on post-sales feedback”.

“100% CRM compliance with weekly reporting, ensuring all lead data, sales activities, and follow-up actions are updated regularly”.

Requirements:

Proven track record in solution-based sales with an emphasis on energy-efficient building products, construction materials, or sustainable building solutions

Strong network in the construction, commercial, and industrial sectors, particularly with architects, contractors, consultants, and project heads

In-depth knowledge of green building certifications (LEED, GRIHA, etc.), energy efficiency solutions, and the green building market

Ability to identify opportunities, engage clients, and convert leads into long-term business relationships

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close sales in project-based environments

Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth

Tech-savvy, adaptable, and willing to learn about product applications and emerging market trends

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or related fields.

Masters degree in Sales & marketing with strong technical sales acumen.

Additional certifications in sustainability, green building technologies, or energy efficiency will be a plus.
