JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the overall management, conceptualization, and planning of all design-related activities across projects, including architectural, electrical, plumbing, and allied services. This role oversees the preparation and review of design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for the construction of high-rise residential buildings, bungalows, and commercial complexes.

The position leads and mentors the design team, ensuring timely decision-making, coordination across disciplines, and compliance with project requirements. Accountable for all design documentation, approvals, and alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
