Site Supervisor - Vadodara Freshers (Female Candidates Required)

- Must-Have Responsibilities / Requirements

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, designs and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and other site workers to keep the project moving smoothly.

Monitor quality, measurements and workmanship and report any deviations or issues to the project/architect team.

Track site progress and timelines, ensuring assigned work is completed as per schedule.

Coordinate material requirements and site deliveries, and ensure proper use and handling of materials.

Maintain regular site reports, photographs and updates and communicate site progress, challenges and requirements to the senior team.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Fresher to 2 years in site supervision, interior execution or construction.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel/visit project sites regularly.

Basic understanding of interior execution, drawings and measurements will be an advantage.

Female candidates preferred.
