Onsite, remote and telephonic support to be provided to IIP Headoffice puneSystem Software, Application Software.13. IIP Website Up-dation.14. Video conferencing setup and troubleshooting.15. Creation of Email Ids, Microsoft Office Outlook Configuration andtroubleshooting.16. Printer installation and troubleshooting.17. Network sharing, Network Printing and Scanning on Digital Copier.18. Creation of domain users, login and providing access to networkhardware and software resources (file and folder sharing).19.
