Computer Hardware Engineer - Job Description

Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT hardware.

Perform hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, and upgrades.

Handle OS installation, software setup, and system configuration.

Perform chip-level repair and basic motherboard troubleshooting.

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

Attend service calls and complete jobs within the required timeline.

Maintain job sheets, service reports, and repair records.

Test devices after repair and ensure proper functionality.

Coordinate with the operations team for parts, updates, and call closure.

Provide technical guidance and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
