requirements

• knowledge of voice, video, desktop & laptop installation.

• well versed with windows xp, windows 7, antivirus, basic networking, wireless technology and email clients like ms-outlook troubleshooting.

• ability to handle computer hardware and software issues independently.

• knowledge of remote and network tools like rdp, net meeting, web-ex, vpn, etc

• proven work experience as a technical support engineer.

• ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.

• good time management skills.
