Requirements
• Knowledge of Voice, Video, Desktop & Laptop Installation.
• Well versed with Windows XP, Windows 7, Antivirus, basic Networking, Wireless technology and email clients like MS-Outlook troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle computer hardware and software issues independently.
• Knowledge of remote and network tools like RDP, Net Meeting, Web-ex, VPN, etc
• Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Good time management skills.
