Key Responsibilities:1. Set up and operate CNC machines, including milling, turning, and grinding machines.2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.3. Load and unload parts, tools, and materials, and perform routine maintenance tasks.4. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs as needed.5. Meet production deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements.6. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.Requirements and Skills:1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.2. 2+ years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.3. Strong knowledge of CNC machines, programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code), and software (e.g., CAD/CAM).4. Excellent mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet production deadlines.6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Primary knowledge of 2D drawing reading is must to understand tolerance and take controlled action during precision machining. 5. Sound knowledge of measuring instruments use is must like vernier calipers micro meters dial indicators dial bore gauge. Filler gauge. 6. Experience of different types of material cutting like Aluminium Stainless steel mild steel. Brass copper, titanium, tool steel, plastic like ABS , nylon, Acrylic, PP, delrin, peek etc . 7. Sound knowledge of cutting tools and feed speed parameters and its effect on cutting performance. 8. Tactful in use of clamping devices on machines to hold job accurately and firm while machining. 8 serious about machine care and self safety and machine safety. 9 knowledge of coolant management 10 comfortable with Haas or fanuc controller. 11 Ability to work under pressure. 12 knowledge of 4th axis and or 5th axis is an advantage. 13 additional knowledge of cnc Lathe / turnmill center is an added advantage. 14 additional knowledge of CAM programming is an advantage. 15 Honesty and discipline.
