CNC Programmer - Full Time

Our Client, a precision manufacturing business known for high-integrity, safety-critical and bespoke machined components serving oil & gas, engineering, aeronautical and manufacturing industries, is hiring a CNC Programmer for its Bengaluru operations. The CNC Programmer will create, optimize and support CNC programs for turning and milling operations, improve cycle time, support prove-out and production, and drive process improvement in a precision machining environment. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, with both turning and milling programming preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Create and modify CNC programs for turning and milling parts; develop toolpaths using CAM software; support first-piece prove-out and process stabilization; improve cycle time, tool life and machine utilization; coordinate with operators, quality and production teams; troubleshoot machining issues and support process improvement; assist in machining strategy, tooling and setup optimization.

Required Skills: Turning and milling programming, CAM software knowledge (Mastercam, Edgecam, NX CAM, Creo Manufacturing or equivalent), toolpath optimization, cycle time reduction, production support, process improvement, ability to work in both metric and imperial dimensions.

Education: Diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical/Production/Tool Engineering preferred. Certifications in CAM software (Mastercam preferred), Lean/Kaizen and GD&T understanding are a plus.

Preferred Industry Background: Tool room, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Precision manufacturing, Advanced CNC machining.

Salary: Up to Rs 50,000 per month depending on expertise. Full-time position, general shift or as per production requirements.
