key responsibilities:

- create, modify, and optimize cnc programs (g-code) for cnc turning and machining centers based on engineering drawings and specifications.

- ensure precise machining of parts and optimize programs for improved productivity and accuracy.

- work closely with machine operators to ensure proper program execution and troubleshoot programming issues.

- validate programs by performing test runs and making adjustments as needed to ensure part quality.

- maintain documentation of programs and work instructions for future reference.

- collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet production standards and resolve technical issues.

- ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols in programming and operations.

requirements:

- proven experience in cnc programming (turning or machining centers) with strong knowledge of g-code.

- ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

- familiarity with cad/cam software (., mastercam, solidworks, autocad).

- experience with machine setup and troubleshooting.

- strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize programs for machine efficiency and quality.

qualification:

- diploma/iti in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
