Face-to-Face For CNC Lathe Operator Jobs (Freshers)

Our client, a Bangalore-based precision manufacturing company with 19+ years of experience serving aerospace, oil & gas, tool room and engineering industries, is hiring 25 CNC Lathe Operators / CNC Turners for its Bengaluru manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load components into CNC chucks ensuring proper clamping and orientation.

- Perform tool loading, tool changing and basic wear/offset correction.

- Operate CNC lathe turning machines as per approved production instructions.

- Carry out basic in-process quality checks using standard measuring instruments.

- Follow SOPs, safety rules, 5S practices and rejection-control procedures.

- Maintain production quality, machine cleanliness and shift records.

- Escalate alarms, tool issues, dimensional deviations and safety concerns promptly.

Required Skills:

- CNC turning lathe machine operation and basic offset understanding.

- Tool loading and tool change knowledge.

- Basic drawing reading and use of vernier caliper, micrometer and gauges.

- Ability to work with metric and imperial dimensions.

Education: ITI in Turner/Machinist/Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical Production preferred. Apprenticeship candidates under NATS/NAPS may also be considered for fresher roles.

Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates from manufacturing backgrounds only (aerospace, precision engineering, tool room, oil & gas, or CNC machining).

Compensation & Conditions:

- Salary: Rs. 18,000 - 50,000 per month based on experience.

- 8-hour shifts with paid overtime.

- Bachelor accommodation available (Rs. 500/month deduction).

- Full-time position, 15 vacancies.
