CNC Programmer (2-4 Years)

Qualification: 10TH/ITI/Diploma

ï‚· Basic understanding of reading a drawing

ï‚· Basic understanding of knowing the measurement and usage of measuring

instruments/devices

ï‚· Follow the stage drawing, control plan, poke yoke check sheet,

ï‚· Basic understanding of the Codes (M and G) that are required to be used during

the operations

ï‚· Loading and offloading of component from the machine

ï‚· Check for the gauge€™s availability for the running part

ï‚· During operations check for the tools if in good conditions in order to avoid

accidents/damages to the tool, machine and the running component

ï‚· Basic understanding of the production cycle time and target that needs to be

achieved for the shift

ï‚· Daily maintenance of machines check sheet, normal coolant oil checking,

hydraulic oil and machine cleaning to be done

ï‚· Awareness of GDT (Geometrical Dimensional Tolerance), 14 symbols,

ï‚· Maintaining of production log / reports

ï‚· Control of process rejections

ï‚· Inform setter/supervisor in case non-conformance in production and in the event

of machine problems
