The operator will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and within the required timelines.Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and program CNC Vertical Machining Centers to produce high-quality molds, dies, and parts.Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and precision.Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for each job based on material type and part geometry.Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines, tools, or programs to ensure minimal downtime.Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Completion of a CNC operator training program or equivalent work experience.At least 2 years of experience operating CNC vertical machining centers in a precision manufacturing environment.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Experience with programming and editing CNC programs using G-code and CAM software.Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.Knowledge of machining principles and practices.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.If you have a passion for precision manufacturing and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities- 3 Axis/ 4 Axis / 5 Axis / GROB operators required.- Set-up computerized machines to perform machine functions on work piece Input control instruction into the machine.- Evaluate program blueprints to outline machine operations and dimensions.-Install machine tools and gadgets using manual working tools.- Replace old machine tools when worn-out with new ones- Make use of network links to ensure transmission of a command fromcomputer servers to computer numerical control modules- Take accurate measurements of workpiece and gauges for production- Carry out maintenance measures to ensure the good condition of machines- Change or replace switches and cylinders- Good knowledge of set-up and operation- Good knowledge of blueprints and micrometers- Good knowledge of edits and G-Codes, M-Codes- Have basic knowledge of production materials
