We are looking for a dedicated Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in Nashik. This full-time position requires a skilled individual with 3 to 4 years of experience in site supervision. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Site Management:** Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work progresses smoothly and safely.- **Team Leadership:** Manage and motivate site workers and subcontractors, ensuring everyone understands their tasks and is performing efficiently.- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction work meets quality standards and specifications.- **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones and address any issues that arise.- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.- **Reporting:** Prepare daily and weekly reports on site progress, challenges, and any incidents that occur, keeping all relevant parties informed.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have strong leadership and communication skills, enabling them to effectively manage teams and interact with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities1. Piping & Structural ExecutionSupervise the on-site fabrication and erection of structural steel platforms, supports, and pipe racks.Oversee pipe fitting, alignment, and routing according to P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) and Isometric drawings.Coordinate heavy equipment lifting, rigging, and precise positioning/alignment of mechanical machinery (pumps, vessels, structures).2. Welding Quality & Technical ControlEnsure all welding activities (TIG/MIG/SMAW) adhere to the approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).Monitor fitter and welder performance, ensuring minimal joints rejection and proper edge preparation.Coordinate stage-wise inspections, including non-destructive testing (NDT) like radiography, dye penetrant, and final Hydro-testing / Pneumatic testing of piping networks.3. Resource & Labor ManagementManage and allocate daily tasks to a team of fabricators, fitters, certified welders, and riggers.Track consumption of piping consumables (welding rods, grinding wheels, gases) and structural steel to minimize wastage.Verify contractor measurement sheets and daily progress sheets against actual site work executed.4. HSE & Heavy Lifting SafetyEnforce strict safety protocols for hot work (welding/cutting), working at heights, and confined space entries.Supervise critical heavy lifting operations, ensuring lifting tools, tackles, cranes, and slings have valid load-test certifications.
