Plan the testing schedules and allocate work to technician in respective to test department. To check all material inward, outward details in register along with excel copy as per client details. Communicate with contractors all technical terms, conditions & clarifications if any related to particular testing.Sample verification according to clients test request form and then inward approval in ERP for concern dept.Supervise all technical work as per laid down procedures. If require visit the sites for customer support with consent of operation manager Monitor & Prepare test reports of respective material testing. Site Visit inspection for Structural Audit, NDT, Core Test. Assessment of structural parameters. Preparation of Structural Audit & NDT, Core test Reports. Checking all site parameters. To prepare periodically report status / MIS according to report and submit it along with all necessary reports to Manager. To prepare resource requirement for concern section and send requisitions for approval of operation manager every month. Training subordinates (Lab assistants, technicians & supervisors)Check the housekeeping, safe keeping, maintenance & calibration of equipment under section. Maintain cleaning/maintenance schedules for equipment.
