Responsibilities:Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with clients to assess their skills, interests, and goals.Administer and interpret career assessments to help individuals gain insights into their strengths and preferences.Provide personalized advice on resume building, cover letter writing, and job search strategies.Assist clients in identifying and exploring potential career paths, considering their skills, values, and interests.Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and educational requirements to provide accurate and relevant information.Develop and deliver workshops or seminars on various career-related topics, such as interview preparation, networking, and professional development.Collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to career counseling.Establish and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and educational institutions to facilitate job placements and networking opportunities for clients.Track and report on the progress of clients, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in career counseling, incorporating them into counseling practices.KRA Parameters:1.Increase individuals seeking training cum workshop for serious employment consistently2. Support position to the team for workshop & training. 3. Take liaison incharge towards entities tie-up for manpower requirements. 4. Being generate business revenue by potential marketing.Must have own laptop/internet and android mobile.

Candidate will work to establish and promote the study abroad products in India.Advising potential students on education opportunities overseas.Candidate must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs, cost and time restraints.Achieve revenue targets through admission & eventsCandidate should perform up-selling and generate referrals from customers.Assisting with activities to promote overseas education institutions represented by the Company.Maintaining accurate ledger, soft & hard records of students counselled and applications sent to the Universities, overseas.Liaising with schools, colleges and universities in India.

1 Candidate must have good convincing skill and patience level.2 Basic understanding of education counselling.3 Candidate handles the call & resolve their queries.4 Generate leads for admission and converting leads into admissions.
