Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with clients to assess their skills, interests, and goals.

Administer and interpret career assessments to help individuals gain insights into their strengths and preferences.

Provide personalized advice on resume building, cover letter writing, and job search strategies.

Assist clients in identifying and exploring potential career paths, considering their skills, values, and interests.

Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and educational requirements to provide accurate and relevant information.

Develop and deliver workshops or seminars on various career-related topics, such as interview preparation, networking, and professional development.

Collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to career counseling.

Establish and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and educational institutions to facilitate job placements and networking opportunities for clients.

Track and report on the progress of clients, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in career counseling, incorporating them into counseling practices.
