Job Summary:As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of our branch. You will lead a team,manage operations, and ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers and partners.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of branch staff, including sales, service, and administrative functions, to achieveexcellent performance and customer satisfaction.Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and meet or exceedbranch revenue targets.Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers to ensure customersatisfaction and loyalty.Service Management: Oversee the service operations for LED TVs, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance services.Operations Management: Manage branch operations efficiently, including inventory, logistics, and customer support, to ensure smoothday-to-day functioning.Budget Management: Prepare and manage the branch's budget, optimizing costs while meeting revenue targets.Reporting: Generate regular reports on branch performance, sales, service operations, and financial results, and present findings to seniormanagement.Compliance: Ensure that all branch activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).12+ years of experience in branch management, with a strong background in consumer electronics and home appliances.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and operational targets.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.Knowledge of the LED TV, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, and Washing Machine industry.

Will be responsible to manage sales of Home Loans in given region. Sourcing of New Business from Walk-in Customer and through Empaneling DSAs & Connectors, Cold calling, open Market & Cross Sell. Channel Management Guiding the Clients for obtaining Loan Collect the document as per the requirement of loan Follow up to customer regarding loan queries To act as a productive resource by meeting targets. To ensure the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization. Maintaining good relationship with Home Finance team ensuring customer satisfaction. Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity. Preparing and maintaining MIS report. 1+ years experience in Affordable Housing Flexible for Traveling in India.
