A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in educational counselling or a related role is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary to explain complex information clearly. You should be empathetic, patient, and able to motivate students, while also having excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases at once effectively. Proficiency with digital communication tools is important for remote work.
