Customer Service & Relationship ManagementBuild strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.Handle key customers, large accounts, and corporate relations in the region.5. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure full compliance with company policies and banking regulations.Monitor branch risks, overdue accounts, and implement corrective measures.Coordinate with audit teams and ensure zero non-compliance observations.Requirements and Qualification:Graduation mandatory; MBA/PGDM preferred (optional).Strong knowledge of retail banking, lending products, and operations.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to meet targets and manage business pressure.

Accounts Management- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).- Reconcile bank statements, ledger entries, and inventory accounts.Financial Reporting- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Compliance and Documentation- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.Budgeting- Support budget preparation and variance analysis.ERP and System Management- Operate and update ERP systems.- Ensure accurate integration of financial data into the ERP systemJob Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:Master's (Preferred)
