Job DescriptionWe are searching for a smart, dynamic individuals who have a strong will to learn, tojoin our business development team. The candidate will act as a liaison betweencustomers and our financial institution and help qualified applicants acquire loans ina timely manner.Selling of Personal Loan products of various banks and NBFCInterested leads will be provided by the companyNo cold calling or random callingLeads will be from interested customersDay shift (10am to 7:00pm) - Fixed timingsIts a 6 days working companyFixed salary + High incentivesResponsibilities Connect and engage with pre generated leads via outbound calls (approx. 80-100 calls). Reach out to new customers and explain to them the benefits of Quikkloanservices. Initiate repeat sales by follow up phone calls from existing customers. Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect tocall volume and sales. Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition and ensure growth / revenue from existing customers.
