Ensuring proper Verification & Valuation of Collateral Securities and Documents.Responsible for processing/ documentations of Loans & other financial services.Responsible for cross selling of all products and achieving individual & branch targets.Responsible for conducting field visits and meeting corporate customers for business development.Ensuring following of all procedures & policies as per laid down by the organization.Coordination with various Banks & preparation of BRS.Responsible for completion of all Accounts related works in the branch.Responsible for maintaining up-keep of the branch and ensuring confidentiality in all dealings.Responsible for tele-calling customers for following up on interest collection regularly.

- Key responsibilities 1. Customer service: Assist customers with their inquiries, provide information on banking products and services, and help resolve any issues they may have. This includes handling transactions, account inquiries, and addressing complaints in a professional and courteous manner.2. Data entry: Accurately input and update customer information in the bank's database systems. This may involve processing new account openings, loan applications, and other financial transactions.3. Cash handling: Receive and disburse cash, checks, and other forms of payment while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established banking procedures. Responsible for balancing cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.4. Compliance: Follow all banking regulations and guidelines to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information. Adhere to internal policies and procedures to prevent fraud and ensure regulatory compliance.- Required skills and expectations1. Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors. Good listening skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.2. Attention to detail: Ability to accurately process and record financial transactions, follow procedures, and maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry.3. Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to navigate online banking platforms and other digital tools.4. Customer-oriented: A customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and providing support. Ability to empathize with customers, address their needs, and ensure a positive banking experience.
