Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and maintain proper documentation. Assist in monthly payroll processing and related accounting entries, where applicable. Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Maintain organized physical and digital records and support audit requirements.*Taxation & Compliance Responsibilities Possess theoretical and practical knowledge of GST, including basic return filing and compliance. Assist with GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation and filing. Possess working knowledge of TDS calculations, deductions and compliance. Assist with ITR preparation/filing and related documentation, as required. Ensure proper maintenance of supporting records for GST, TDS, ITR and audit purposes. Knowledge of Winman Software will be an added advantage.*Required Skills: Practical knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime. Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping. Working knowledge of GST, TDS and ITR. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Good knowledge of BRS, ledger scrutiny, debtors/creditors reconciliation and accounting documentation. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting tasks. Good communication and coordination skills.*Required Qualifications: B.Com / BAF or equivalent qualification.
