Understand customers inputs into actionable requirements, covering design specs, P&IDs, control narratives, IO lists, instrument indexes and operating philosophies. Project management and planning .Monitoring and controlling of projects. Good analytical skills to read Engineering drawings and FAT and SAT. Develop a comprehensive bill of material for automation systems, ensuring component accuracy. Skilled in team leadership and project management, achieving successful outcomes.Qualifications: BE/ B-tech degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Robotics & Industrial Automation Proven experience in business development and technically sound . Having good knowledge in panel industry. Strong understanding of electrical LT, PLC, MCC,VFD PANELS and switchgears. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
