Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Engineer - Plastic Injection Mold Design at ABS INTERNATIONAL located in Pune. The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to design engineering and product design. This includes utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, applying mechanical and electrical engineering principles, and ensuring the quality and functionality of plastic injection mold designs.Roles and Responsibilities- Mold designing and building experience.- Broad knowledge of Plastic injection molding and mold design with the ability to diagnose and solve molding issues.-Able to work from sketches as well as understand tooling specifications.- Ability to design customer parts from customer supplied data.- Ability to design a variety of mold types of plastic injection molding.Qualifications- NTTF / B.E Mech./ Tool & Die Designer- Willing to work under pressure.- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Mold Design and Manufacturing.- Excellent Communication Skills in English.Technical and CAD Software Skills.- Proficiency in UG NX- Good Understanding of Molding Technologies and Manufacturing of Plastic Molded Parts.

Creates Technical Drawings and Plans for a Variety of Objects, Machines, and Structures.

Candidate shall be 3-4 year experience in the field of PLC SCADA programming . Building automation programming experience will be preferred.if required shall be ready to work outside of India .
