We are looking for a dedicated Field Engineer to join our team in Dehradun. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and supporting our clients in the field.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Site Surveys:** Conduct detailed surveys at project sites to gather necessary data for the successful execution of engineering projects.- **Installation and Maintenance:** Oversee the installation and maintenance of equipment, ensuring they function efficiently and adhere to safety standards.- **Troubleshooting Issues:** Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution to minimize downtime.- **Documentation:** Prepare and maintain accurate records of project progress, including reports on installations and any issues faced, for future reference.- **Client Interaction:** Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations based on your findings at the site.- **Collaboration with Teams:** Work closely with project managers and other engineering teams to ensure all project requirements are met on time.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a diploma in engineering or a related field. We value teamwork, so you must be a good communicator and able to work well with others. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to think critically and solve problems on-site. Willingness to learn and adapt is essential, especially for those with less experience. A proactive attitude will help you contribute effectively to our projects.

To address and manage customers queries. Assisting management in execution of property related documents like allotment agreement, allotment letter, NOC, transfer documents etc. with the customers. Taking care and handling post sales activities. Handing over possession of flats to the customers. To coordinate with the facility manager in case of any complaints received at site and resolve it ASAP. Further coordinate with Facility manager regarding any post possession requirements of the customers. Other works as directed by the management.Desired Candidates Profile:Experience 2-4 years in real estate industry.Knowledge of CRM activities will be preferred.Good communication skills (verbal & written both)MS. Excel, word, email handling.
