The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all routine laboratory procedures, operating clinical analyzers, and ensuring accurate test reporting.Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills1. Routine Lab Operations: Perform all general laboratory technician duties efficiently.2. Hematology: Operate and manage CBC (Complete Blood Count) on semi-auto analyzers.3. Biochemistry: Strong hands-on knowledge and operational expertise in semi-auto biochemistry analyzers along with handling all associated reagents.4. Serology & Rapid Testing: Conduct various rapid card tests with high precision.5. Immunology / Pathology: Perform Blood Grouping and Widal slide tests.6. Reporting: Accurately prepare and verify lab reports before final handover.Requirements1. Minimum qualification: BMLT degree.2. Strong practical knowledge of semi-auto biochemistry and hematology analyzers.3. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and patient care ethics.4. Proximity to Rajpur Road or comfortable commuting to the area.
