To address and manage customers’ queries.
 Assisting management in execution of property related documents like allotment agreement, allotment letter, NOC, transfer documents etc. with the customers.
 Taking care and handling post sales activities.
 Handing over possession of flats to the customers.
 To coordinate with the facility manager in case of any complaints received at site and resolve it ASAP.
 Further coordinate with Facility manager regarding any post possession requirements of the customers.
 Other works as directed by the management.
Desired Candidate’s Profile:
Experience 2-4 years in real estate industry.
Knowledge of CRM activities will be preferred.
Good communication skills (verbal & written both)
MS. Excel, word, email handling.
