Job Description

to address and manage customers’ queries.

 assisting management in execution of property related documents like allotment agreement, allotment letter, noc, transfer documents etc. with the customers.

 taking care and handling post sales activities.

 handing over possession of flats to the customers.

 to coordinate with the facility manager in case of any complaints received at site and resolve it asap.

 further coordinate with facility manager regarding any post possession requirements of the customers.

 other works as directed by the management.

desired candidate’s profile:

experience 2-4 years in real estate industry.

knowledge of crm activities will be preferred.

good communication skills (verbal & written both)

ms. excel, word, email handling.
