The Purchase Assistant will support the Purchase Department in daily procurement operations, including vendor coordination, quotation comparison, order processing, and documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and accuracy in all purchase records.

The candidate should have minimum 6 months experience

Vendor KYC Record to checkExpense Bill Booking of CompanyPersonal Account Data Entry maintenance of Directors in TallyInsurance MIS, Renewal , Follow upsWill have to take part in Software development/Changes requirement for CompanyFixed Asset Register in ExcelOther MIS as per Requirement of the Company

Account Assistant: Aids financial transactions, processes invoices, reconciles accounts using accounting software. Ensures accuracy, supports financial reporting, and communicates effectively. Strong attention to detail and time management essential.

ACCOUNTING-GST-INCOME TAX

Accounts assistants supply administrative support to accountants by performing clerical tasks such as Billing, filing, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails, and basic bookkeeping.
