Warehouse Supervisor - Kharkhoda Sonipat

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Officer to join our team in Kharkhoda. This role requires 2 to 8 years of experience in supply chain management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Supply Chain Operations: Oversee all aspects of supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of products and optimal inventory levels.

*Coordinate with Suppliers: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure the best prices and terms.

Monitor Inventory Levels: Regularly check stock levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

Analyze Data: Use supply chain metrics to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.

Ensure Compliance: Make sure all supply chain processes comply with company standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills to assess supply chain performance effectively. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and suppliers. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in inventory management and reporting. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure are important in this role. Familiarity with supply chain software and tools will be advantageous. A degree in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.
