As a Warehouse Supervisor based in Kharkhoda, you will play a crucial role in managing warehouse operations efficiently and effectively. You will oversee a team and ensure all processes run smoothly while achieving the company's goals.Key Responsibilities:- **Team Management**: Supervise and lead the warehouse staff, ensuring that all team members are motivated and productive while adhering to safety standards.- **Inventory Control**: Maintain accurate records of inventory and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess, ensuring timely stock replenishment.- **Order Fulfillment**: Oversee order processing and ensure that all orders are packed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time to meet customer expectations.- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and practices within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment for all employees.- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement efficient workflows to enhance productivity, minimize errors, and reduce costs in warehouse operations.- **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing development for current staff to enhance skills and performance.To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 2-8 years of experience in warehouse supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems. A keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are crucial. Candidates should also be physically fit, as the role may require lifting and moving heavy items.

Responsible for inventory Receiving, recording, and storing new inventory, and ensuring it's in the correct location. Safety: Ensuring warehouse labours & operators follow safety procedures when operating machinery, and prioritizing safety to reduce the risk of accidents. Shipping and receiving: Overseeing the receiving and dispatching of shipments, and communicating with customers about shipping and receiving issues. Organization: Keeping the warehouse organized and ensuring that storage areas are clean and maintained. Efficiency: Maximizing warehouse efficiency and identifying areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensuring that the warehouse adheres to hygiene , safety regulations and other relevant regulations. Scheduling: Scheduling the transfer of materials to and from the warehouse, and ensuring that deliveries are on time. Reporting: Generating reports as per customer requirements.Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, including customer reps. Warehouse supervisors having additional qualifications like food safety ( FoSTAC ) or hazardous materials handling (HACCP) certifications will have added advantage
