key responsibilities:

1. operations management:

oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

ensure smooth inbound/outbound logistics and implement sops for workflows.

2. inventory control:

monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

conduct stock checks and coordinate with procurement and sales teams.

3. team leadership:

supervise, train, and assign tasks to staff.

foster a positive work environment and ensure safety compliance.

4. warehouse organization:

maintain a clean and organized layout.

optimize storage and oversee equipment maintenance.

5. reporting and compliance:

generate reports on inventory and operational efficiency.

ensure compliance with policies and manage budgets.

6. health and safety:

enforce health and safety standards.

ensure proper handling and storage of goods.

qualifications and skills:

bachelors degree in logistics or related field (preferred).

experience in warehouse management, retail industry preferred.

proficiency in wms and microsoft office.

strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

working conditions:

warehouse-based role with occasional travel.

may require extended hours during peak periods.

physical presence needed for supervision and checks.
