Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management:Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.Ensure smooth inbound/outbound logistics and implement SOPs for workflows.2. Inventory Control:Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.Conduct stock checks and coordinate with procurement and sales teams.3. Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and assign tasks to staff.Foster a positive work environment and ensure safety compliance.4. Warehouse Organization:Maintain a clean and organized layout.Optimize storage and oversee equipment maintenance.5. Reporting and Compliance:Generate reports on inventory and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with policies and manage budgets.6. Health and Safety:Enforce health and safety standards.Ensure proper handling and storage of goods.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in logistics or related field (preferred).Experience in warehouse management, retail industry preferred.Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Working Conditions:Warehouse-based role with occasional travel.May require extended hours during peak periods.Physical presence needed for supervision and checks.
