Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers over the phone, addressing their queries and providing necessary information in a clear and friendly manner.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly by following established procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record customer interactions and maintain data in the system for future reference, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure that their queries have been fully resolved and to enhance customer relationships.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback on services and report insights to the management to help improve service delivery.
