Job Title: Tender Executive (GEM Portal)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Tender Executive with 0 to 2 years of experience to manage and execute tender activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with government procurement guidelines. The role supports our manufacturing operations of electrical actuators and industrial valves.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor tender opportunities on the GEM portal

Register and maintain the company profile and documents on GEM portal

Prepare, compile, and submit tender/bid documents as per GEM requirements

Coordinate with engineering, production, sales, and finance teams to gather technical and commercial information for tenders

Ensure compliance with tender specifications, terms, and conditions on the GEM portal

Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission

Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and communications

Support follow-up activities including clarifications and negotiations if required

Assist management in analyzing tender requirements and bid preparation

Qualifications

Diploma, Bachelors degree, or relevant qualification in Engineering, Business, or related field

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in tendering or procurement

Basic understanding of GEM portal and government procurement processes (training can be provided)

Knowledge of electrical actuators and industrial valves is a plus but not mandatory

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Willingness to learn about tender procedures and GEM portal operations
