Telesales Representative - Kolkata

As a Telesales Representative, you will play a vital role in our sales team by communicating with potential customers and selling our products or services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Outbound Calls: You will make calls to a list of potential clients to introduce our products. Your goal is to engage them and encourage sales.

- Build Customer Relationships: You will establish and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent service and understanding their needs.

- Explain Product Features: You will clearly explain the features and benefits of our products, helping customers understand how they can meet their needs.

- Achieve Sales Targets: You will work towards meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets through effective persuasion and relationship-building.
