Require work experience, edu. qualification and skills:-
- Graduate in any discipline. (Preference - MBA Marketing)
- Min 1 years of experience in Telesales & customer service.
- Strong communication in Hindi & English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and target-oriented.
Key role and responsibilities:-
- Call potential and existing customers to explain products/services and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and maintain a high conversion ratio.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with warm and cold leads in a structured manner.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up data, and sales reports in Excel/CRM.
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve customer queries confidently and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and smooth customer experience
- Maintain and update customer database and communication records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensure professional communication and positive brand representation at all times
Required Skills & Qualities :
- Strong sales and closing skills (must be comfortable asking for the sale).
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle objections and turn conversations into conversions.
- Good follow-up discipline and customer relationship skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM systems.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and ability to perform under sales targets.
