Job Description

- conduct outbound calls to potential customers: as a telecalling executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to products or services offered by the company.

- handle customer inquiries: you will need to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information about the products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- use persuasive techniques: utilize your convincing power and negotiation skills to persuade customers to purchase the products or services being offered.

- generate sales leads: identify and generate potential sales leads through cold calling and tele marketing techniques, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.

- maintain call records: keep detailed records of each call made, including customer information, feedback, and any follow-up actions required for future reference.

- good communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone, conveying information clearly and professionally.

- strong persuasion skills: capable of convincing customers and overcoming objections to close sales deals.

- proactive attitude: take initiative in making outbound calls, generating leads, and following up with customers to drive sales.

- ability to work under pressure: handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and professionalism.

- basic computer skills: proficiency in using computer systems to record call details, access customer information, and manage leads effectively.
