position overview:
we are seeking a competent and result-driven telecaller executive to join our international client relations team. the successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication with overseas clients, promoting our products and services, addressing client inquiries, and contributing to business growth through lead conversion and customer relationship management.
key responsibilities:
* conduct outbound calls to international prospects and existing clients to promote company products and services.
* provide detailed information regarding offerings, features, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
* generate and qualify leads, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
* handle inbound client communications, effectively addressing queries and resolving issues with accuracy and professionalism.
* maintain and update customer records in the crm system with high attention to detail.
* consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and performance benchmarks.
* establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
* coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and client support.
required qualifications and skills:
* minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or international client communication. (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply.)
* excellent command of the english language both verbal and written.
* strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* proficiency in basic computer applications and crm/data management tools.
