Opening For Telecaller (Female)

Role and Responsibility:

Making calls to potential customers

Explaining company services and products

Maintaining daily call records

Understanding customers re4quirements by asking questions and closing the deal.

Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.

Submitting daily progress reports

Requirement:

Must have Bachelor's degree.

Must have minimum 2 years of experience of Telecaller or Telesales.

Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills

Fluent communication skills in the local language

Basic computer skills
