Opening For Telecaller (Female)

Role and Responsibility:

€¢ Making calls to potential customers

€¢ Explaining company services and products

€¢ Maintaining daily call records

€¢ Understanding customers€™ re4quirements by asking questions and closing the deal.

€¢ Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.

€¢ Submitting daily progress reports

Requirement:

€¢ Must have Bachelor's degree.

€¢ Must have minimum 2 years of experience of Telecaller or Telesales.

€¢ Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills

€¢ Fluent communication skills in the local language

€¢ Basic computer skills
