Hiring For Telecaller (Only Females)

As a Telecaller in Pune, India, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. You will also handle incoming calls from customers to assist with inquiries or issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Making outbound calls to generate leads and promote products or services: You will be required to make a high volume of calls to reach potential customers and provide information about our offerings.

- Handling incoming calls from customers: You will need to address customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve any issues they may have.

- Maintaining records of calls and customer interactions: You will be responsible for documenting all interactions with customers, including details of conversations and outcomes.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred but not required. A graduate degree is necessary for this position. Additionally, being able to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively is essential for success as a Telecaller.
