Telecaller (Female)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential clients to promote our products and services, aiming to generate interest and secure appointments.

2. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide necessary information, ensuring a positive experience.

3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions in our database for future reference and follow-up.

4. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to help improve our offerings and assist in developing strategies for better customer engagement.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to reach sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years of experience in a telecalling or customer service role. A high school diploma (12th pass) is essential. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi are necessary for effective customer interaction. Candidates must be able to work efficiently in a team and handle customer objections calmly. A proactive attitude and the ability to learn quickly are also expected to thrive in our dynamic work
